Chanthaboon Waterfront Community

Chanthaboon Waterfront Community is a historic town located by the banks of Chanthaburi River.

In the old days, it was a place where farmers and merchants traded alongside the river. You can take a half-day trip to see the traditional snack shops, traditional drug store, Community Learning house, souvenir shop, coffee shops, bakery shops, and restaurants.

Tips:

The atmosphere of the Chanthaboon Waterfront Community is different depends on the time of the day. In the morning, the community is quiet. Only some small food shops and traditional stores open for the locals. In the evening, the street becomes a place for hangout with many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. During weekends, the community is full of tourists. There’re more shops and activities to do than during weekdays. The community learning house opens only on weekends and public holidays.
